01. Trauma Child
02. Rest In Peace
03. It's A Cold World
04. Forever And A Day
In the summer of 1994, Supreme-Wisdom and Deep-Hatred collaborated their thoughts and ideas to form a blues-rap group, Trauma-Ties. Based out of Charleston, SC the group made a name for themselves by playing gigs at Ladson Homemakers Club, Cumberlains, Generation X, high school functions, and talent shows.
They even took first place in a Martin Luther King Teens and Children Star Search. News 4 aired a highlight of their performance on the 11 o'clock news. In the winter of 1995, Trauma-Ties produced their 4 song EP, God Be With You... The project was recorded using a Vestax 4 track. Original instrumentals were composed on a Roland Boss DR-5 drum machine.
Supreme-Wisdom converted his bedroom into a makeshift recording studio that would be known as Trauma House Productions. The group pulled their resources together and duplicated 100 cassettes, of which 75 were sold. The songs chosen for this EP were: Trauma Child, Rest In Peace, It's A Cold World, and Forever And A Day.
WPAL 100.9 featured, It's A Cold World on a segment called Rush It or Flush It. The listener response was fair but was no comparison to the achievement of gaining radio airplay.
Hip-Hop from the first sight... They called their style Blues-Rap.
